Hawaii Children's Discovery Center

The Hawaii Children's Discovery Center is a private, non-profit organization. Operating support comes from ticket sales, workshops and programs, birthday parties, facility rentals, revenue from the Center's gift shop "Just For You, Kid!" and from special event fundraising.

Donations from individuals, gifts and grants, and in-kind contributions are necessary to help us fund operations and programs. It is through the very generous support of our donors that the Center is now a reality.

We are working to complete our "Once Upon A Dream" capital campaign to raise the final $2 million that is needed for start-up operations and to begin to build an endowment. These funds are necessary to help us sustain facility operations, to hire and train staff, and to fund our educational programs. • Children's Rainbow Wall

Donors who participate in our Children's Rainbow Wall Campaign will contribute to a very special feature in our Welcome Court. For each contribution of $250, a picture you send to us of a child who is special to you will become a part of our "Rainbow Wall." The faces of these children will make up a special rainbow celebrating our keiki as the future and promise of our State . . . truly Hawaii's Rainbow Connection to the World!
