This is a facilitated, self-guided exploration of the Center's exhibit galleries. The Discovery Visit is designed to give students an overview of the Children's Discovery Center and a sampling of the many exhibits and activities. Our interactive exhibits are designed to stimulate curiosity and to help children develop problem solving skills. Staff and volunteers are available to assist with your group's visit.
Focused School Visits are an in-depth, interactive program based on one of the
Centerís 5 educational exhibit galleries. These 90-minute visits include
approximately 45 minutes of exploration in 1 selected gallery and 45 minutes of
educational programming themed to that gallery.
