Please note that starting in April, we will only be able to accommodate indoor party rentals due to construction on the building. Birthday Bash (11:30-2:30) $15 per person (including children under 2) $13 per person for Members $75 cost to reserve an indoor party room which can accommodate up to 50 people Includes: • Exclusive use of an outdoor party area for 3 hours • Admission into the Center during the party • Party P.A.L. to facilitate Center visit • 1 helium balloon for each child. • Tables, Tablecloths, and chairs • Trash cans and trash bags * Minimum of 10 people/Maximum of 30 people * 4:1 child/adult ratio required Birthday Extravaganza (11:30-2:30) $20 per person (including children under 2) $18 per person for Members $75 cost to reserve an indoor party room which can accommodate up to 50 people Includes: • All of the above plus... • Pizza and juice for each guest. • Paper products and utensils • Craft activity * Minimum of 10 people/Maximum of 30 people * 4:1 child/adult ratio required Outdoor Party Area Indoor Party Room Party Guidelines •   Reservations must be made at least 1 month prior to reservation date. A $75 security deposit must be made to reserve a party date. This security deposit will be reimbursed after the Center determines no damage or additional cleanup is necessary. In the event of a cancellation, your $75 security deposit is non-refundable. •   In order to maintain our Center, all consumption of food and drinks must be confined to the birthday party area. •   All payments must be by cash or check only. •   Hawaii Children's Discovery Center memberships or discount passes to reflect free or reduced admission may not be applied to birthday parties. •   The host family may access the party area 30 minutes prior to the start of the party to do any required setup. The party area must be vacated promptly at 2:30. •   It is very important that we get a final head count at least 2 days prior to the Party. Anyone who attends the party, regardless if they visit the exhibit galleries, will be charged and should be included in this count. •   Due to the size and special features that our Center has to offer, we require the presence of active, supervising adults in the ratio of 4:1.
